This phase of affordable housing is an extension of the successful development of the Jeffry Wilson Hope VI neighborhood, and continues the effort to reestablish traditional architectural character based upon regional precedents. By mixing unit sizes, configurations, architectural styles, and color palettes we were able to create a cohesive neighborhood appearance with substantial diversity for market-rate and subsidized housing.
