The McCullough Masterplan was a study commissioned in 2010 to analyze the existing conditions of the commercial corridor and propose improvements to the architecture, infrastructure, and zoning regulations. The project was accepted unanimously by the Economic Development Corporation of Olmos Park, following a comprehensive public process including stakeholder meetings, a week-long charrette, and presentations. The Institute of Classical Architecture and Art awarded the masterplan a John Staub award for design excellence.
