This coastal golf club was looking to update their current facilities consisting of both club and golf functions. The golf side of the program includes a cart barn, pro's office, locker rooms, and a small pro shop. The club side of the property consists of a reception hall, large and small dining areas, an events kitchen, and the supporting offices. The entire complex is connected through courtyards and porches, made to take advantage of the temperate climate and views to the course. Set within a predominately residnetial neighborhood, the massing is kept low in an Arts and Crafts style influenced by the work of CFA Voysey.
