Set in the Hill Country community of Escondido, the Southern Living Idea House is a project that conveys the warmth of regional vernacular architecture coupled with a breathtaking site. The plan consists of the main house, cabana, and a casita/bouthouse arranged around a central courtyard. The materials and craftsmanship of the house give it a sophisticated and timeless, yet relaxed atmosphere.
