The City of Huntersville has been one of the fastest growing areas in North Carolina over the past several years, and their planning and zoning department has undertaken a series of studies to manage future development in an appropriate manner. This project focuses on the eastern portions of the historic city core, and includes planning options for infill retail, historic preservation of existing properties, and responsible growth in greenfield areas.
